Global Desk: In a latest development in American politics, President Joe Biden has pulled out of the 2024 presidential election race against Donald Trump. On Sunday, Biden announced through a social media post that he will no longer be seeking a second in the White House.

The US President also referred the name of his deputy Kamala Harris as his successor and the nominee from the Democratic Party.

In his social media post he said that he has decided to no longer accept nomination and would like to concentrate on his duties as the President during his remaining term in the office.

By stating that it is time to come together and beat Trump, he endorsed the name of Kamala Harris and extended his support from the party. He said that it is the best decision he has ever made.

Even President Barak Obama had expressed his concern over Biden’s ability and fitness in continuing for another term. However, Biden always looked optimistic and was confident that he was the right candidate to beat Trump.
