Entertainment Desk, 30 March, 2022: The winners of the 94th edition of the Academy Awards was announced on Sunday
The award show, which was presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was held at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre in the United States.
Celebrities like Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Skyes were seen as hosts of the coveted award ceremony.
During this, the final list of awards was declared in as any as 23 categories. The nominees were part of the films that were released in between March 1st to December 31st 2021.

During the award ceremony, winner of the Best Actor for the film King Richard – Will Smith – landed in in a controversy for slapping comedian Chris Rock on stage after he made a joke about Smith’s wife while presenting an award.
The incident between the two outshined the otherwise glitz and glamourous award ceremony.
