Global Desk: On Tuesday, 24 June 2025, President Trump said that a ceasefire is in effect now in between Israel and Iran. He stated this through his social media account in Truth Social.
“THE CEASEFIRE IS NOW IN EFFECT. PLEASE DO NOT VIOLATE IT! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!” he said.
Earlier, the US President had too confirmed about a ceasefire. However, exchanges of attacks continued to take place between the two countries.
Although, now trump has asked Israel to stop dropping bombs and bring its pilots home, reports Aljazeera.
