Sports Desk: The UEFA has declared the host nations for the Euro Cup 2028 and 2032 championships. On Tuesday, 10 October 2023 the European footballing body named the UK and the Ireland as the joint hosts of the Euro 2028.
Besides, Italy and Turkey will be the hosts of the following edition in 2032.
The UEFA has confirmed the chosen hosts through their social media accounts and website. In a tweet UEFA congratulated both the hosts and also named the proposed venues for 2028. This includes Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester, and Newcastle.
The announcement of the same has also been streamed live on the official website of UEFA uefa.com.
Meanwhile, the tickets for the upcoming championships in 2024 to be hosted in Germany are already on sale now.
The UEFA states that 80 percent of the 2.7 million tickets will be available for the fans of the participating teams and the general public.
The distribution of tickets will be decided through a lottery system and its price will start form just 30 Euros.
