Apart form domestic cooking gas, commercial establishments will also have to pay a higher price, as a 5 Kg LPG cylinder will now cost them INR 18.50 more.

The Chief Minister of Karnataka and leader of Congress said that INR 50 price hike on cooking cylinders will be a huge burden on the common people.

Similarly, Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra also vented her anger and said that this third price hike in the past two months is like waking up to a ‘Amrit Kaal’.
