Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg returns to Twitter after 11 years

Business Desk: Mark Zuckerberg has retuned to Twitter after 11 years. Earlier in July 2023, Facebook owner Zuckerberg made his return to the rival platform owned by Elon Musk following the launch of Meta’s new microblogging platform Threads.

The Facebook CEO tweeted a cartoon based meme image of two spiderman pointing at each other.

It has been learnt that the image is from a Spiderman cartoon from 1967 named ‘Double Identity” where the villain impersonates the real Spiderman.

Zuckerberg shared the same without any comment or description.

So far, the Tweet has received 305.2K likes and 38.7K retweets. Overall, he has 671.5K followers on the platform.

Zuckerberg’s Meta launched a new brand named Threads which offers similar features like Twitter in regard to microblogging.

It is being said that Meta did so to capitalize the market of microblogging social media at a time when Twitter is struggling financially to gain revenue and followers.
