Regional Desk, 19 April, 2022: This year people of Assam had great expectations for Rongali Bihu celebrations. But the weather situation was against this expectation.
Rain and shower have driven people rush home from the Bihu pandals across the state. But immediately after the Bihu days the weather condition has become more or less peaceful.
People could not have their Bihu festivities during the last two years because of Covid pandemic. So this year people`s craze for the festivity was quite high. But heinous shower did the villainy.
