From Trade Tussle to AI: Is US-China war simmering under Trump?

Global Desk: A potential US-China war has always continued to dominate international discourse, raising consequences of economic, diplomatic, and military consequences. But is there is a war in real, who would actually have a strategic edge?

Replying to a question by journalist, US President Donald Tump confirmed that he did not want anybody to see a potential war with China.

However, he also declared that even if there is a potential war, the US is well equipped to handle it.

In response to Trump’s statement, the Chinese Embassy in US wrote on social media platform X if US wanted war, be it tariff war or trade war, China was ready to fight till the end.

Tensions between these two superpowers has been long-standing, spanning to trade, technology, Taiwan, and more. Competition over AI is the latest addition to this rivalry. As both the nations wrestle for global dominance, their growing rivalry continues to shape the future of geopolitics, global economy, and technology. However, a military war would help none.
