Marburg is a highly infectious virus that can transmit through close contact with infected individuals. Some of its common symptoms include fever, body pain, chills, rash, stomach upset, skin rash, and jaundice.
Severe cases of Marburg can also lead to death within a few days after being infected. Unfortunately, no confirmed treatment for the virus. The only way to prevent oneself is to stay vigilant, maintain self-hygiene, report to doctor if symptoms arise, and practice social distance from infected patients.
