Sci-Tech Desk: Is cancer cure finally near? Russia says that it has developed the World’s first Cancer Vaccine.
As per a report by its TASS news agency, Russia has developed its indigenous mRNA vaccine to cure cancer. It would distribute this breakthrough vaccine to the public free of cost.
Further, the report also says that the vaccine is the result of the collaborative effort of multiple research centres and was found to supress cancer related tumour growth during the pre-clinical studies.
It is slated to be circulated in the early 2025.
Cancer has always been one of the deadliest diseases ever. If the present Russian vaccine succeeds in proving its effectiveness, than it would really be a watershed moment in the history of medical science and the fight against cancer.
