Twitter founder Jack Dorsey quits Instagram, Elon Musk reacts with fire
Business Desk: Jack Dorsey, the former CEO and founder of Twitter has quit Instagram after 12 years.
Dorsey announced about his latest move through his Twitter (X) account, which has been now bought by Elon Musk.
Dorsey stated that he has gone ‘Meta Free’ by deleting his Instagram account.
“Deleted my instagram account after 12 years. was one of the first 10 accounts I believe, and one of the first angel investors. who will they give the @jack handle to?,” he said.
His tweet has already received 31.5K likes and 2,585 reposts.
Meanwhile, after spotting his tweet, the new Twitter boss Elon Musk commented on the same with a fire emotic.
By responding to some of the comments from users, Dorsey does not have any presence on any of the social media platforms owned by Meta, including Facebook and WhatsApp. He said that he does not use any ‘Facebook products’.
However, Dorsey still continues to use Twitter which has been bought and rebranded by Elon Musk.
