Global Desk: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a rockstar welcome in Australia. He was showered with praises by Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese on Tuesday, May 23.
Among the compliments, Albanese said that Modi is the boss, as he received a resounding applause from the audience mostly comprising of the Indian diaspora.
“Prime Minister Modi is the Boss,” he stated.
Albanese also said that he had not seen any other leader receive such a welcome in Australia like Modi did this time.
By calling Modi ‘dear friend’, Albanese further stated that he has brought the spirit of the biggest democracy to Australia and also helped strengthen its democracy.
