Global Desk: Former US President Donald Trump wishes to make America great again. In his bid to be the president once again, he officially announced his presidential candidacy for 2024 on Wednesday.
Trump made this formal announcement during a gathering comprising his supporters and members of the press at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
While addressing the gathering, Trump said that he wishes to run for the presidency again because he wants to make America great again.
He also said that along with his candidacy America’s comeback has also started, reports Sky News.
Trump was ousted from the White House by Joe Biden in the 2021 presidential election which he claims to have never lost and alleged the Democrats of dishonesty.
His defeat led to a riot and attack on the Capitol by his supporters.
Furthermore, recently he has also been undergoing legal charges for not returning confidential government files which also resulted in raid in his properties.
Meanwhile, in the mid-term elections the Republican Party did not perform up to their expectations with a number of Trump endorsed candidates losing the elections.
Although Trump has great ambitions for making America glorious, political critics believe that Trump’s latest ambitions to be in charge of White House again is personally motivated.
