Editor’s Desk: The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has unfurled many new realities. As many as 27 countries assured support to Ukraine vis-à-vis its conflict with Russia. The countries assuring support to Ukraine were United States of American, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany and many other countries.
But in the war between Russia and Ukraine those friend countries are seen to oppose the invasion of Russia without going in for any military support. Even NATO members are also seen to dither. Even a country like India has simply requested Vladimir Putin to end the matter by bilateral and multilateral negotiations worth the name.
Ukraine is a member of NATO, but the other member countries are seen to sit chair- tight. USA has declared some economic sanctions against Russia. Those economic sanctions are seen to fly in the air without any desired sequel.
